ABOUT ME…
I am a Los Angeles-based composer with worldwide performances and a catalog of over 90 works for orchestra, chamber ensembles, and solo instruments. I also conduct the Los Angeles Youth Orchestra, perform piano and classical guitar, present preconcert talks for the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and create an ongoing series of classical music lectures on Zoom. My Ph.D. is from Harvard University, where I studied with Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Leon Kirchner. My Masters Degree is from the New England Conservatory and my Bachelor’s Degree is from UCLA.

My life is centered around composing and building a passion in people for classical music. Explore this website to learn about classical music through my lectures and blogs.
